Booking Terms and Conditions

Organiser: Dr Joseph Poullis, Psychotherapy Clinic Ltd
Event: Wellbeing Retreat
Location: Cyprus

1. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of is required at the time of booking.
  • The full balance is due by 8 weeks before retreat starts.
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer to Psychotherapy Clinic Ltd.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellations more than 8 weeks before the retreat start date: deposit is retained.
  • Cancellations less than 8 weeks before start: no refund given unless your space is filled.
  • We strongly recommend participants take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation.

3. Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser

  • In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled, all monies paid will be refunded.
  • The organiser is not responsible for expenses such as flights, travel insurance, or any other incidental costs.

4. Travel and Insurance

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Cyprus.
  • All participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering health emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

5. Retreat Activities and Responsibility

  • This is a wellbeing retreat and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
  • Activities are voluntary. It is the responsibility of each participant to assess their own physical and mental fitness for participation.

6. Liability

  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or illness incurred during the retreat or in travel to/from Cyprus.
  • Responsibility for third-party services (hotels, transport, excursions) lies with the service provider (e.g., Aionas Travel).
