The island of Cyprus

Cyprus is a land of contrast — sunlit coastlines and mountain villages, layers of history and contemporary life. It sits at the crossroads of cultures, holding stories of migration, loss, resilience, and repair.

We chose Cyprus because it embodies the themes we explore in retreat: home, identity, rupture, and restoration. It is a place where beauty exists alongside complexity — much like our inner worlds.

The rhythm of the island helps slow things down. It invites you to breathe more deeply, notice more fully, and connect more honestly — both with yourself and others.

Tucked along Cyprus’s southern coastline, Park Lane Resort is a five-star sanctuary nestled between olive groves and the shimmering Mediterranean.
